Privacy Policy

Alcyone ("App") is provided by Boil Studio ("we"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, stored, and shared.

1. Information We Collect

  • The App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details, and does not require an account.

    Game progress, settings, and similar data stay on your device and are not sent to our servers.

    The following information may be collected automatically through third-party services:

    1. Device information (such as operating system version and device model)

    2. App usage events (such as app installs and launches)

    3. Device identifiers, including the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android)

    4. Approximate location derived from IP address

  • This information is collected through:

    1. Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook) SDK, for app events and advertising measurement

    2. Apple App Store analytics (iOS)

    3. Google Play analytics (Android)

  • The App does not display ads inside the App.

2. How We Use Information

  • To keep the App running stably

  • To understand usage and improve the App

  • To diagnose errors

  • To measure and optimize advertising campaigns that promote the App (including Meta ads)

3. Retention and Deletion of Information

  • We do not operate a user account system or our own user-data server.

  • Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the App or clear the App's data.

  • Information sent to third parties (including Meta) is retained according to their policies. We do not control those retention periods.

4. Sharing of Information

  • We may share the information described above with:

    1. Meta Platforms, Inc.: app events, device identifiers, and related usage data for advertising measurement and campaign optimization. Meta may use this data under its own privacy policy.

    2. Apple: App Store analytics, under Apple's privacy policy.

    3. Google: Google Play analytics, under Google's privacy policy.

  • We do not sell your personal information.

  • Data sent from the App to these services is transmitted using encryption in transit (HTTPS).

5. Your Choices

  • You can limit advertising identifiers in device settings. This does not disable the App.

    1. iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. You can also choose "Ask App Not to Track" when prompted.

    2. Android: Settings > Google > Ads (or Privacy / Ads, depending on the device), where you can delete the advertising ID or turn off ads personalization.

  • The App does not provide an in-app switch to turn this collection off.

6. Children

  • The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
